"We had a wonderful little getaway on the rodeo acreage. Surrounded by horses, donkeys, groundhogs, and goats. It was exactly what we needed. A very relaxing never look at the clock kind of break from reality. Recharged for sure ! Highly recommend, thank you"

"Our room above the barn was perfect, clean, comfy, and included everything we needed for our four-night stay. It has a large window with a view East where I sat with my wife and a cup of coffee and watched the sun rise. Barb and Barb was always available if needed and very helpful in answering our tourist questions. Our stay included visiting Corning, Watkins Glenn, and the Cornell botanic gardens. "My mom and I went to Candor to visit her hometown and childhood friends and we chose this location to stay in Spencer. It is within a beautifully and well kept historic property. While there are other units we had our own dedicated space and we wouldn’t have known anyone else was there. Conveniently located next to Nickals park and Lake which was beautiful and has a convenient little mile hiking trail around he water. The diner down the block and the pizzeria are delicious! "This was such a beautiful, serene place. Location was excellent for Ithaca, Watkins Glen and Cornell waterfall trails and hiking. The upstairs loft was super cute but we slept on the futon downstairs, which was so comfortable with a thick memory foam topper. Also, I had never experienced bath towels like these.... so luxurious!We had company at our mightly campfires. Very friendly feline friends.This is cozy, country charm with a bit of artistic whimsy. "The house was very nice and the neighborhood was good. The only thing I think I’d change is the beds need to be higher off the ground. The beds were laying on the ground and for a disabled person it’s pretty difficult to get up. But with that said it’s a wonderful little house and worth the money."

"This property is fantastic! The cabin is rustic but had everything we needed for a great glamping experience. There is a lot to do in the area for both kids and adults. We would definitely stay here again. "

"We enjoyed our six-night stay very much. The house is beautifully renovated while still retaining its charm. It was fun cooking, eating, and playing Uno in the farmhouse kitchen, and the back yard was nice for our nephew to kick a soccer ball around. The scenery is lovely, with large hills in front and behind, and the location, about halfway between Watkins Glen and Corning, worked out well for us. Barb and BJ were very accommodating, and we had a nice time visiting with them and their herd...

"This property was exactly what we were looking for. We rented the property for an extended weekend for a family wedding. It had all of the amenities that we needed. The host was very friendly and helpful. We are from Florida so the wild life was abundant and different from our own. We highly recommend this property. "
