"Idéal pour une famille de 4. Très propre. Installation pour cuisiner, frigo etc. Propriétaire sympathique. Parlé de chevaux. Les garçons ont eu un coup de cœur pour les deux agneaux. Très bel environnement. Pas trop loin de la ville. "

"If I could give them 8 stars out of 5 I would. This place is a gem. The owners are so welcoming and helpful and the guesthouse (which the owner designed) is beautiful. So beautifully decorated and warm and homey. The breakfast was perfect. HOMEMADE BREAD! and so many other choices. A perfect Icelandic breakfast. We are so happy we stayed there two nights. By far this was the best place we stayed at in Iceland!"

"Great service, especially the hotel manager, she was fantastic! At nightime, during the midnight sun, when all the tour buses and travelers are gone,you have the whole waterfall to yourself. It is was my favorite waterfall in Iceland. The food is good, the beds are clean, spend at least two nights there to truely enjoy the area. "

"Very quiet and secluded off the main road. Slow gravel road approximately 1.5 miles. Nice and well made breakfast. No TV in rooms and WiFi was good and helpful. "

"This is a gorgeous spot to stay. I loved the the hot tub, and our room was quite comfortable. There was limited options for dinner for us, as the vegetarian option wasn't available, but they were great to make something up for us. Would recommend this place. "

"Overall it was a good, cheap stay for a night. It's not very far from all the restaurants and bars, but it is also at the top of a fairly large hill. The facilities were nice enough. Though the tv in my room was flickering. I'd recommend if you just need a place to stay for a night or two. "

"the hotel was very nice. Very modern, decorated lobby with lots of seating. Bar was nice as well. Room was very nice, we had a couch that we could use to put our luggage on. Very quiet. I like when the sink is outside of the toilet area so two people can get ready more easily. The shower area and toilet area was very small and it was easy for the water from the shower to get over by the toilet and there was no drain on that side"
