"Very clean property. Exterior, lobby and room were fresh smelling and tidy. As with most hotels, noise was a factor. I could hear televisions throughout the night along with doors slamming. I don’t believe there is much sound proofing between rooms and the hallway. Outside of the noise, the refrigerator stayed nice and cool and the AC was cold."

"We have been coming since the 1990’s. It honestly feels like our second home. Staff is friendly and efficient. Restaurant, The Splash, has great food.
I do wish the daily activities for kids were more interesting. I know they recently changed staff for that position, but current activity “director” doesn’t seem very interested and dresses unprofessional. She’s young and may not be trained well. I’m sure she is very nice and kind though."

"The images used on the website are definitely AI our rooms came nowhere close to the picture. The first room we checked into had dead roaches and live bugs crawling around so we switched out which was an easy process. The second room had no wildlife but was still the same which featured a couch that looked like it should have been on the curb for trash pickup. The bed was clean but The rest of the room featured furniture that needed to be thoroughly cleaned and walls that were dirty. We we're...
