"My luggage was left behind in Cairo for the two nights I spent in Kigali. The staff at the hotel could not have been more understanding or helpful. They sent someone to get me a toothbrush and toothpaste, accompanied me into town to buy clothes and helped me to contact the airline as the airport staff would not give me their local contact details. I cannot praise them highly enough."

"My stay was ok, the only problem was that when it rains the water from the shower is extremely cold. However the personal service served me hot water in a basin. Breakfast often came late; not the agreed time. If you have plans to do within a certain range of time then it could be inconviniencing. The sorrounding is great, the workers are friendly, the hotel Management helps even when you fail to get the direction back to the hotel after your trips"

"Urban by CityBlue in Kigali was a great stay! It is centrally located in a very walkable and safe area of Kigali. It is in close proximity to great restaurants and coffee shops as well as close enough to the downtown area to get there easily but far enough away to be quiet. Yet, it also has its own excellent restaurant with amazing views of the city. The staff was excellent and extremely responsive. The room was cleaned exquisitely each day, the water was powerful and hot, room service prompt,...

"The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff is super helpful and very friendly. You have to go to the roof top open air restaurant- it is gorgeous and the food is excellent. The view of the city is amazing! Don’t miss it! Also the breakfast is very good! A wide variety and very healthy!"

"Very warm, helpful and kind staff. Allowed me to check in very early. Lovely garden area and pool for relaxing. Great views from my balcony. Undoubtedly a little dated but all other aspects made up for this. "

"The staff were available 24/7. The included breakfast was the best meal of the day. The location was terrific for our conference at the International Conf Centre which is easily walkable. The price was “a deal”. In future, “my venue” in Kigali. 4 . "
