"We stayed here to visit our child at University of Puget Sound. It was very close to Tacoma, and offered a resort-style atmosphere with great shopping and restaurants. What a lovely quiet retreat after a day of driving and visiting! There was even room to have dinner and a movie with our family at the home. This will be our first choice during the next visit."

There are plenty of options within walking distance for dining and coffee. Public transportation stops are close by and the neighborhood certainly felt safe to me. "

"Carlos made us feel welcomed and was attentive to any needs we had. Made himself available to questions and was prompt to reply. The room is small but comfortable enough for two people. It is situated perfectly for exploring the city being just a short walk from Pike Place market, the ferry (ride the ferry!) or short monorail ride to the Needle. We didn’t use the adequately stocked kitchen because there were just too many wonderful restaurants to try.Would definitely come back! "

"Allen was an incredible, kind host and was very prompt with his communication. The property itself had a cozy vibe that made you feel right at home. The space was clean with nice modern furnishing. Location is in a quiet area and is only 10 min away from downtown! A parking space is also provided, which was a plus. I’ll definitely be back and I’d highly recommend this spot!! Great experience overall. "
