A stay at the Giessbach hotel in Giessbach Switzerland was truly a sight. The majestic mountains and lake to one side and a towering waterfall to the other side made it a sight for the senses. This shot was taken by self with a timer and a tripod. #Adventure

On our trip to Switzerland, our hostess in Interlaken told us to take our Mum to Hotel Giessbach for a meal. She told us that it is situated above Lake Brienz and can be reached via train. We had never been to any such place before so we thought it would be great idea. . By the time it was lunch time, Mum was tired and wasnt very keen to travel further. So we had some awesome Chinese food at a nearby restaurant and dropped her back to our B&B. . In the evening, my brother and I went on a cruise on Lake Brienz. And while on the cruise, we crossed this super gorgeous Giessbach waterfall which tumbles into Lake Brienz. Above the falls was the hotel where we had planned to go earlier. . That color of water and those trees surely had me. #Switzerland
