"It was easy to find and close to Niagara Falls activities. It was very clean and the kitchen had supplies for cooking but there were limited spoons. There was space for everyone and handy to have two bathrooms. The cat was friendly and a highlight for the kids. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here!! 420 Friendly was perfect for us. The host graciously provided 420 friendly accessories and a binder with a variety of restaurants nearby. We’ll definitely be booking again!! "

"Nicely remodeled kitcen and bath, but features of older home charm still present in other areas. We had difficulty with consistent heat as thermostat setting seemed to change temperature. Front of house was much warmer than back bedrooms. Missing fan remote in back bedroom caused confusion as front bedroom remote was also working in the back bedroom. Could hear occupants above. Coffee with cream and sugar provided was great but kitchen was a little bare (ex: no plastic wrap or condiments)...

"Great little cottage, that met our needs for the weekend. Little place."

"Property is a great location for an event at HighMark Stadium. House was clean. The house has some ware and tare but overall worked out great for what we needed. Back patio wasn’t setup when we were there. The price was right for the property."

"This property is immaculate! I specifically chose this property based on a previous stay because of its cleanliness and amenities. The property manager responded promptly to any questions I had. The home is easily accessible, is stocked with many items one might need, it is walking distance to a convenience store,and great parking."

"Great weekend with our family attending Buffalo Bills game. Host made sure our weekend went smoothly and helped with any questions we had. Place was nice and clean and had everything we needed."

"I would not advice anyone to stay on this property. The location is unsafe i would suggest you google it before booking. We had a police officer tell us to lock our door and not go out after dark. We ended up booking another house as we did not feel safe. The doorknobs and conditions of the house is also not safe. The house has cockroaches. I would not recommend this place for anyone specially if you have kids. "

"Reasonable price. Close enough to Niagara Falls for a quick night trip to see the lights. Only concern (complaint) is the tight fit to get to the one toilet … tub wall corner and corner of the sink(on the opposite side) doesn’t allow a pregnant woman to pass freely. Fortunately she was able to stand on her tippy toes to pass."

"Location was great! Neighborhood was nice and good for walking the dog. Property owner was responsive when items were needed for the rental. The entire rental needs a deep clean and some more seating for the TV room. Maybe a few upgrades to the furniture, appliances, kitchen ware etc."

"My 26yr old son and I visited the falls for a father's day weekend. We had a great visit. The apartment was sufficient. The couch was not so comfortable but we spent very little time in the residence. We were able to walk to all the local attractions even to the Canada side. We did get a lot of steps daily but it was doable. It is very close to the Senca Casino where we ate a delicious breakfast buffet every morning. "We had a great weekend for our family. Our host was SUPER responsive to our questions; checked in with us when we arrived to make sure we didn’t need anything; and followed up after we left. Space was just what we needed for our extended family visit that included kids and adults. Located around the corner from an ice cream spot the kids loved walking to.
