"I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me. "The apartments are in a covered pedestrian shopping district, repurposed from a warehouse with very high ceilings. It is two levels with the bedroom loft over the downstairs. "The apartment itself was excellent - very comfortable with lots of space. Location was great with some excellent restaurants nearby. A place called Do Belo was our favourite and within 5 minutes walk. Staff were brilliant, but the check in process was a bit complicated as we arrived after 8pm. "Really nice property, excellent location, quiet and relaxed, as it was 25 minutes away from downtown Amsterdam via a tram you could board 3 minutes away from the property. Good restaurant on site and good food options nearby. Property has a washing center that has washers and dryers that work perfectly. Which was one of our decision key points. Would definitely recommend. A+"

"We liked the location, near a canal, short walk to the tram and a grocery store. Also within walking/biking to Dappermrkt and Oosterpark. There was lots of space and the kitchen area was very nice. There were some maintenance issues which were fixed the next morning (clogged sink and broken fan). "Nice layout with good kitchen. Need more supplies such as coffee and toilet paper. There was no balcony with our unit and the door opened directly into the open air which was terribly unsafe; a crack in the door patched with duct tape. Could have used more blankets as well.
