Geraldton City Stay Cottage on Sanford

This beautifully presented heritage listed cottage is located in the center of Geraldton . The cottage has been recently renovated and offers a totally new kitchen and bathroom along with quality furnishings throughout. Booking includes complimentary photography coffee table book by the host valued at $30.

A two bedroom, one bathroom fully self contained cottage. One bedroom has a king sized bed and the other has a queen bed. There is a large single trundle bed as well as a large single folder bed which can go in any of the rooms. Lounge with TV & DVD, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, shower, toilet, enclosed outdoor living area with BBQ & front veranda. Airconditioning in living areas & fans in living room & bedrooms. Free high speed Wi-Fi.

All of the house is accessible.

The cottage is self book-in type accommodation. Upon payment I will provide you with a code for the lock box which contains the keys. I am always available via phone & live just a few minutes away so if you need me I can be at the cottage very quickly. I am happy to provide you with any information that you may require.

The cottage is located in the center of Geraldton & is within easy walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, visitor center & many more attractions that Geraldton has to offer.

There are two free parking spaces available at the back of the cottage. You probably wont need your car too much as everything is within walking distance.
The cottage is suitable for families with several different bed configurations available. Guests are expected to leave the cottage clean & tidy and we kindly ask that prior to leaving you clean and put away any dishes and kitchenware used and place any used towels in the bathroom. Smoking is not permitted.

Great location for a couple of days

We stopped for a couple of nights on our way heading north. The house is close to the centre of town and walking distance to the beach, shops and local restaurants. The house has parking at the rear. It was very clean and had all the essentials. The rooms are spacious but the King sized bed in the main bedroom is super soft. It was fine but to get to the bathroom you have to go through an undercover patio. We would stay again if passing through.

Lovely period cottage in a great quiet location. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely furnishings and the comfiest bed (in the front bedroom) that we have ever slept on!!If we travel north again we will definitely ready book

Lovely cottage but

Not suitable for indoor dogs, door dog flaps would be great. No secure parking, our car was broken into on the first night (Saturday). I left Sunday and took the dogs home while my wife stayed for her Monday meeting.

Great little cottage

Stayed here for 3 nights and was perfect. Feels really homely has everything you need and the the king matress is like sleeping on a bunch of fluffy clouds!!! Loved my stay and will stay here when back in geraldton again.

Location is good

Overall, location is very good. House itself is old but cozy cottage. Toilet is indeed a bit troublesome for my parent in law as they are now above 80 years old and toilet is isolated. Especially in a winter, where you will walk a short open distance before reaching the toilet. Beside that, i think is a perfect place and location to stay in Geraldton.

Lovely

We had a lovely time - good location. Very comfortable cottage - would love to come again. However, couldn’t open the back doors from outside with the keys - only the front door. The gate bolts were also very difficult and the bolts on the back doors. They need replacing.

Quiet Family Stay

Very quiet spot - no noise whatsoever. Kept very clean throughout. Basic bathroom but clean and fresh. Comfortable beds & clean linen. Secure. Walking distance to shops and foreshore. Not much else around as directly opposite school. Thanks for making our stay very enjoyable. Highly recommend if looking for a quiet place.
