"Great home for a long weekend ice fishing getaway. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining room area. The home was perfect for the guys to have a bonding weekend with our kids ice fishing.The home was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep and relaxing after a long day on the ice. The owner was very responsive to questions and we had a great rentalThis is the second time we’ve stayed here and we’ve enjoyed both trips. Already looking to book again...

"Nous avons passé 5 jours et tout etais parfait les enfants on adorer 8-16 et 18 ans la plage et le parc a 1 minutes de marche tout les commerce essentiel a 15-20 minutes de voiture. L'endroit est tres propre et tranquille les lits dans les chambres son confortable 1 dure et 1 moux. Tres bien situer a 1h de toronto, canada wonderland et wasaga beach."

"We had a very nice stay in room 4. Steve was very welcoming. Everything was perfectly clean. The room itself is a bit dated, but the bed very comfy. The bathroom is fantastic, very spacious and looks like new. The house is very close to many restaurants in downtown area, and to Centennial park by the lake. We enjoyed our coffee in the morning on the patio. Thank you, Steve!"

"We just spent a boys weekend here and it couldn’t have been better. The cottage is spacious, super clean, and really well equipped. The view of Lake Simcoe from the patio is unreal, especially at sunset. We made full use of the sauna and the BBQ got a lot of use too. The bedrooms were comfortable and everyone had more than enough space. Loved the big dining area and the open kitchen, perfect for group meals. Also appreciated how fast the Wi-Fi was and how much parking there was for five cars....

"The house is huge - the furniture is quite shabby - couches on blocks of wood. Beds are falling apart. Only sheets provided not a single blanket in the house and only a couple of towels. The outdoor area was completely overgrown and the firepit had no usable area to sit around it. The decks were huge. There was no bbq that was usable and the canoe was full of holes. The upstairs is very odd with a railing around a hole in the middle. Pretty much a waste of space. The railings should be...

"We were not able to stay on the cottage. It was messy and uncleaned when we came. Host is not answering. Expedia is also not too helpful with our experience. "

"My friend and I had a very comfortable stay at this location. Excellent cleanliness and Jesse was extremely helpful, available, and good to communicate with. Nice to have a fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster oven and portable stove element to make a quick breakfast with. Very comfortable bed. Overall a great stay. Thank you Jesse! "

"Our stay is great. The place is nice and clean. It is a one bedroom and a bachelor which works great for us because we travelled with our friend and she had her own private space. Kids love the swimming pool. We did treetop trekking which is just 7 mins drive from the place. I also recommend going to Elmvale Jungle Zoo, which is just 18mins drive. "

"We were looking for a location to just relax, enjoy and we found it here. The cosy cottage was perfect for us, we had a wonderful fire, toasted marshmallows and relaxed. . Anything we needed was close by . The cottage was very clean very well laid put. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.WAllWmarshmallow "
