"Plumbings clogged if u leave the shower runnning for a moment floors will overflow before u know it. My room was always night time lights are always dimmed and you cant adjust it. Opening the curtains doesn't help either during day time. You can barely see anything. The only plus side on booking with Belmont hotel is how convenient it is with access between the Hotel and Terminal 3 dependent on How much luggage you have because you will have to walk and push them from terminal 3 footbridge...

"The Free Buffet Breakfast for hotel guests was from 6-9:30 am. The lunch 12 noon to 2:30pm and dinner buffet are 1/2 price for their hotel guest and their guest. "first, I want to say that breakfast was great, there were several options for everyone. Do not let the pictures they have n the website fool you, the rooms need total renovation, the bathrooms peels, moldy and plenty of roaches everywhere, there's nothing the staff can possibly do, they tried. There are two buildings across from each other, I stay at the one located 7870 Durban St."

"It was a terrible experience for us. We checked in at 1700, was told the room was not ready yet, checked in is supposedly 1500. We waited for few minutes was told the room is ready. We get to our room, it’s hot. The AC is supposed to be on already, we went for dinner came back the room is still hot. I called downstairs at 1800 the front desk said they will send someone up. Engineering came he checked out the AC and said they will change the filter since it’s dirty. Wait for 30 min maybe it...

"Always have miss communication between the staff. Stayed for 8 days and got extra 2 rooms for my family but never got updated. WiFi has been change to many different password??? It’s cheap and getting a toilet paper is a pain. I guess it doesn’t matter now."

"The room was very clean although our mini fridge was not working at all. Thankfully the staff was very helpful and accomodating. The wifi was iffy but expected in most places. The gym is very small, but you can still make the most of it. The dining was great."
