We had a good time here with the family, using it as a home base for our Dollywood excursion. The place shows some age but worked great for our needs.

Our stay at the cabin in the woods was absolutely wonderful! The peaceful surroundings, beautiful scenery, and cozy atmosphere made it the perfect getaway. We loved waking up to nature, enjoying the quiet, and relaxing by the fire. It was clean, comfortable, and unforgettable. We can’t wait to return again!

The road was very narrow. Was difficult to find. Cabin wasn’t bad but not particularly clean. Wasn’t convenient to local attractions. But host was quick to answer concerns and questions. Don’t have any luxuries such as coffee and a hair dryer

Room was clean bed was ok but very very firm so hard for us to sleep hot tub looked as though there was bird poop in it so didn’t use other than that it was nice quiet and we enjoyed our weekend away

The hot tub seemed to be leaking or draining everytime the jets were running I’m not sure if this is normal just wanted to bring it to your attention it was raining so nobody wanted to come up the mountain can’t say I blame them lol but otherwise the cabin was beautiful

This property has so much potential. Very primitive and humble..however, the mirrors weren’t cleaned off from previous tenants (marks from phone sockets), the blinds and fan blades were noticeably dusty as well as the indoor jet tub that I had to wipe down before we got in. The coffee pot had old coffee in it and the first mug I pulled out had grease residue all over it. So when I went to clean it there were no dish clothes, only 2 towels, and the only sponges were SOS pads. There was a small outdoor fire pit but no chairs to sit in around it..there was an indoor fireplace as well, but no firewood or lighter even if we wanted to go get our own wood. Both beds were very uncomfortable and unstable; every time one of us rolled over we woke the other up because it was so wobbly. I feel bad to be nitpicky, but we stay in a lot of vrbos. We loved the vibe and it was so cozy, but disappointed in the basic things. There was no instruction manual to log into the internet or how to use the hot tub…most places usually have general info like that and to tell us the owners expectation on our departure like where to put linens or if we have to wash them. The owners were quick to respond though and it was a great location. Not sure if there had been an issue with the cleaning staff prior to our stay and we just happened to get the one bad stay or if this is regular..we enjoyed our weekend but wouldn’t come back to this cabin.

Don’t know how it is consider “romantic” cabin. When all the cabins are in top of each other sitting in the deck you can hear other cabins conversation, other cabins dogs barking all night long. Nothing romantic about the cabin just because it had a heart shaped tub in it.

What an absolutely adorable cabin! Perfectly tucked away next to a little creek, the scenery was absolutely gorgeous. It is a little more rustic, but it was absolutely charming. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus!

It was a quiet peaceful location away from town. It was a 15 minute drive to town not walkable like the site suggested. Lack of internet was inconvenient. Our AT&T cell service was spotty. It does have a jacuzzi tub and an outdoor hot tub that were nice.

Cabin was beautiful and the spot was perfect especially since it had snow, there were no long high up driveway to try to challenge. There is no signal and the cabin had no instructions for the wifi information, it took us a long while to find it and figure it out. The hot tub was turned off when we arrived and wasn’t sure how to properly set it or wasn’t sure if it was broken, we didn’t reach out due to only staying for a night due to passing through. Other than that the beds were nice and we enjoyed ourselves!

Secluded and Comfy

The cabin was secluded, the hot tub was amazing, and the view was incredible. The only caution I would give is the driveway up to the cabins is a little rough. I felt more comfortable using the 4WD function on my vehicle to make it up the hill. But I assure you, the cabin was well worth it.

Disappointed

Hot tub was not cleaned prior to our stay. Kitchen appliances were dated and outside of refrigerator was filthy. Beds were very uncomfortable.

Really enjoyed the stay here! Will plan another trip with them & I would only say the parking for this cabin wasn't good but loved staying here. The other cabins had great parking this cabin we had to park in the roadway.

Power outages, dogs barking, poor customer service

Had to wait for the door code with no internet service , moved our things in, very clean and cute, but power went out. Tried getting help from customer service, their solution was to charge us for two nights anyway and offered a b&b at our cost!!! No refund no comparable accommodations offered. A b&b with 7 other families during covid-19..no thank you.. Hot tub was great and everything worked nicely inside. Thank goodness the power eventually came back on and we stayed. Very bad ruts up to the cabins and the huge pitbull barking just down the hill all day and through the night was quite a damper on an intended quiet relaxing two days.
