"We stayed 3 nights which was pleasant & comfortable. Hotel was clean with kid friendly pools. Breakfast was excellent & the afternoon drinks/snacks was enjoyable as well. Our dog seemed comfortable & happy to have a short walk near by the creek. Location was great. Quiet & walkable to down town . Free red trolley stop was nearby. We took trolley to Anakeesta & Ripley’s aquarium. Mynatt park was walkable where our dog and kid had a fun in the creek . "

"Staff not very friendly. Room A/C very loud and doesn't work good. Hand sink slow to drain and backs up. Dog hair on floor. Jacuzzi tub near pool area beyond dirty and disgusting. The best thing about this property are the free delicious cookies."

"La habitación estaba limpia. El staff muy amable, el desayuno es muy básico, pan, corflakes, café, jugos de manzana, leche con cereal. Tienen parking gratis, los carros quedan fuera. No es un hotel 5 estrellas pero para el precio es buena opción"

"Restaurant could use to go minus, water in shower and sink did not get hot, on high it was just warm. Room was nice but could use a deep clean due to some cobwebs and dest in out of the way places. Staff at the front desk were awesome! Pool area was crazy with kids not being supervised. Both night of our stay the hot tub was full of 12 and under unsupervised children. Parents do a better job....."
