"This is a very nice hotel and I liked how I drove into a garage and my floor was right there. No need for an elevator or anything. Just very congested at time with the Ripley's Aquarium next door. Lots and lots of traffic and people, but lots to do within walking distance. Nice hotel, loved the balcony with the view of the stream below."

"The room was clean. I loved the fireplace. It made everything nice and cozy. The TV was huge and the bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect! I never had an issue finding parking in their lot, and we were able to walk to all the main attractions within a few minutes. The staff was helpful and promptly provided me with extra soap, towels and TP when I asked. I recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be booking here again when I come back to Gatlinburg."

"Had hairs and food in both beds. A/c didn't cool at all was told by others that was staying had some issues. Breakfast is over 20 dollars a person and not good at all. Have to pay to park your car at this place even if you have a room it's 18 a night. Will not ever stay here again. For what you pay a night parking should be free and the Breakfast."

The only issue I had was on the last night at 9 pm I was called to move my vehicle (Kia Sorento EX) the employee said smaller vehicles had to park on the second level and I had to move. That would not have been an issue except I have a handicap placard for my car and there were no handicap spaces available on the second level. So I was made to move from a handicap accessible parking spot to one that was not. I am inclined to...
