"A great place for a couple of days staycation. The personell was amazing. Fantastic food, specially the breakfast. An old mansion turned in to a hotel as I understand. It is not super modern and has a bit of wear and tear but for me it is part of the charm. Very calm surroundings. Maybe not for the traveller that is looking for an action filled adventure. For me, that wanted a couple of lazy days, away from "it all", this was perfect."

"Great stay, if you want to stay north of Nairobi. Place has a unique colonial character, service is more reflective of times gone by. Food was great and well priced. Property is geared towards big events hosting so felt empty on many days and then suddenly full. Overall enjoyed it as a great sleeping pad for our north of Nairobi trips like hells gate national park, ziplining and ol pejete trips. Grounds were pretty, so you can enjoy a day or two in the property itself."

The staff checked on me to make sure I was comfortable. I was greeted going out and coming in. I was asked what would I like for breakfast the next morning. This experience was delightful being a single traveler. I recommend Troy hotel. It gave a family friendly atmosphere."

"El hotel esta cerca de tiendas y supermercado. el cuarto que nos todo. el sensor de movimiento tenia problemas, la ducha el agua slia por todos lados, la goma de la puerra del bańo estaba despegada, reporte todo y enseguida fueron a arreglar todo, muy buena respuesta. El desayuno muy bueno. En general nos fue miy bien en este hotel el servicio y atención muy bueno. lo recomiendo. "
