"Great location between two light rail stations. Easy in and out to the airport. The connection to the skyway very handy when weather was stormy. Good places to eat on the skyway.
Melina at the front desk was amazing!
Room was nice with the kitchen and couch area.
Bed comfortable and great view from 8th floor."

"Room had a musty odor the entire time and shower head is in need of replacement (sprayed everywhere and was not enjoyable). Only had one person checking out in the morning and had to wait a decent amount of time. I told him about the odor but he was frazzled with customers and phone ringing that I doubt anything will be addressed with the room. I’d recommend avoiding room 585. "

"This hotel property recently transitioned from a Hilton Garden Inn to a Wingate by Wyndham. They are still working out some issues with breakfast and amenities. The room was very clean but missing a soap dispenser in the shower. They kept running out of coffee and hot breakfast items. Staff was very friendly but seemed to always be playing catch-up. That said, I felt it was a good value and location and with some organization and improvements would be great stay."

"Room keys did not work and we went downstairs three times before they finally came upstairs and let us into our room. Then in the morning we left the room to look at the breakfast and could not get back into our room. Was advised that the $100 was only a deposit but it was taken out of my bank account immediately. Was also advised that it would be returned but it was not. Picture frame was broken on wall when we arrived. We simply checked in, slept in the bed, and dad was all."

"Clean and convenient property. All common areas were very clean. We appreciated breakfast and being so close to the airport. But our room was awful. It smelled bad. The bed smelled old and sour. The bed was very low to the ground; squeaked at every move and dumped us both to the middle. That mattress needs to be trashed immediately."

"Anytime someone would rollover the beds sounds like they were falling apart. The bathroom ceiling looked like it was going to collapse and there was black mold in it. The curtains were torn and had holes.
The backdoor lock to the building, didnt work. Anyone could walk into the stairwell and get to any floor."
