The location is convenient—about 15 minutes from the Gateway Arch in St. Louis and close to I-55—with free parking available. One inconvenience was the room key card repeatedly getting deactivated, requiring multiple trips to the front desk."

"We arrived at 2:50 and our room wasn't ready until 4 pm. We stayed in the lobby and there were other guests waiting for their rooms. Apparently, they were short on staff. We also selected a king bed and the room had 2. Other than that, the desk staff was very nice and accommodating. It was a good area with walkable restaurants."

"Pool was closed by the health department due to cleaning agent residuals. There was dirty towels left in our room. We were only given 2 towels despite checking in 4 people and had to go to check in to request more. Very disappointed!"

"I checked in late at night. After a 12.5 hour drive from Houston, Tx. Once I checked in I grabbed my bed clothes and went straight to bed. I woke up in the early AM. I was covered In bed bug bites. I messaged Expedia as I went to the front desk. A heavy set lady with white hair was frustrated and giving poor customer service as soon as I mentioned it. Claiming she needed proof and etc. I showed her the bite marks. She claimed I needed to find a bug. I expressed that I saw on the reviews that...

"The hotel is under renovation, so I tried to understand the strong paint smell. That would have been find, until I got to the room and found the bathroom was not clean. The air in the room did not work. The room was hot and uncomfortable all night. It was too expensive to find it in this condition. "

Long story short I went to the office this morning to get toilet paper and wasnt even asking for a refund just letting the gentleman know my experiance and all he had to say is "just so you know youre not getting a penny back". Worst customer service i ever...
