"OUR ROOM WAS VERY NICE AND CLEAN. STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KIND. PRICE WAS THE BEST! WILL DEFINITELY BOOK AGAIN."

"The room smelled like smoke and when I asked for an on smoking room, they said they did not have one so I had to spray air freshener. The white curtains were stained, there is a large piece of carpet missing replaced with a discolored one. The bed was so uncomfortable could feel the springs underneath, the shower bar was rusty and the shower pressure was awful, the toilet was wobbly like the screws were loose."

"The shower didn't work and the bathroom room sick water both sides were cold and the bath tub didn't have a stopper to take a bath and there was no coffee pot or phone and the beds moved when getting on the bed. My mom and I and my fiance were supposed to have a bottom floor and we had to deal with the second floor it was hard to climb up and down the stairs. My mom was on oxygen and she still had to climb up the stairs. The TV's in the room half worked and they didn't really have much of a...

"The rooms were filthy. Mostly everything had stains on it. We didn’t even stay. Asked for a refund and stayed elsewhere. Still waiting to see a refund deposited into my bank."

"Staff was super friendly. There are some neglected areas of the hotel, but felt the cleanliness of our rooms were acceptable. There were bugs in the hall light fixtures, but nothing that couldn’t be cleaned up if they just look up. Housekeeping was a mixed bag. Wasn’t dirty, wasn’t spectacular either. Maybe better training? Better checklist for supervisors? The ADA room for my parents was great."

"Staff was out on break when we got there. Manager refused to help us. When checking out asked for a printed receipt. Told they would send it email. No I want a copy. Still told will email it and to this day I have not received it."
