"This day was a basic day, not bad, when they came and cleaned our room, they happen to grab a swimsuit that was brand new and that night they were not able to find it and we spent a week trying to figure out where it was, the staff at the counter was rude for the evening every night, the morning staff was amazing and tried to help, "

"Fire alarms interrupted our stay, had to evacuate the building in the middle of the night around 12am ,during the process one of the staff members were very rude the way she was speaking to guest don’t remember her name it was a Asian lady. And we had to walk back up 12 flights of steps. The check in area was not located on the main floor of the hotel so we had to figure out what floor the check in was on. "We had no need for business facilities. Close to a # of shops and restaurants. Pet friendly. Valet parking was expensive but probably in line compared to other places in DC. Although expensive, we could get car quickly. "
