"My Sister and I had a great time. The house was clean. Setup exactly as described. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom amenities, Kitchen and Living Room made us feel like a home away from home. We love the Pirate theme throughout the house and property. From Hot Tub to Hot Bath everything was well maintained. Location to downtown Ft Smith and surrounding area was perfect for our needs. Hosts were helpful and responded quickly to last minute details! We look forward to a return trip!!"
