"This spot was phenomenal; perfect cabin size, beautiful property, social and helpful hosts, and a crowd of dachshunds running around the yard made our vacation perfect! There’s plenty to do at and around the cabin. The grill and fire pit helped us make dinner easy and delicious every night, though the town close-by had a few restaurant options, all delicious! (there was a list left for us of things to do and places to eat everywhere within 10mi in case we didn’t know what to do next!)Everything...

"We had a wonderful week at this home with all of our family and friends. The house is beautiful and fully equipped with all of our needs. Our only thought would be a bigger dock for a large group, it was rather small for all of us. We all enjoyed the windows overlooking the lake in all of the bedrooms. We used and enjoyed the water toys too. We will definitely be back!"

"The kids loved the game room and the puzzles and games available. The house was very clean and well maintained and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is a very good size and there is a spacious living room with a comfy couch. "

"Fantastic stay in our first tiny home! Comfortably slept my family of five. Extremely clean, peaceful setting, beautiful surroundings, and close to everything in Watkins Glen. Minutes from the state park, downtown restaurants and food store. Wood shed on the property was a great convenience for the nighttime fires and stargazing. Highly recommend! "

"Plenty of space for a family and amenities that made travel with a four year old a little easier like a pool table he was fascinated by and a TV with Disney, Netflix, etc. The location was FANTASTIC, close to everything. We probably could have walked to more things if it hadn't been so hot and my son weren't so young, but as it was most things were a 2 to 5 minutes drive, including a Wegman's where you can get anything you might need. "Beautiful place and great location "

"Loved the house! It was a perfect spot for a mini vacation with the grandkids. House is very clean, and the pool was great. Very quiet neighborhood and not far from restaurants. Will be back!"

"We had a wonderful little getaway on the rodeo acreage. Surrounded by horses, donkeys, groundhogs, and goats. It was exactly what we needed. A very relaxing never look at the clock kind of break from reality. Recharged for sure ! Highly recommend, thank you"

"Very remote, quiet location. Off of a dirt road so car got dirty. We enjoyed our stay here very much. Saw deer and other animals in the back yard. We enjoyed the plastic axe throwing game and the cornhole game. Nice interior as well with almost everything you need for a nice stay. Only negative thing to say is the water from the one bathroom sink had a sulfur smell, but the rest of the water seemed fine. Recommended and close to Watkins Glen and many other scenic locations."

"This home looks NOTHING like this picture. The paint was peeling and the windows had been painted shut for years. The inside was FILTHY dirty. The showers, the kitchen (tiny microwave and refrigerator) were all disgusting. We tried to call the manager whom we never got and we had to get to a library to get the internet to tell Vrbo about the mess. We had to find a place to stay after a 12-hr. drive and the food in our cooler was getting too warm. We never heard from the manager and Vrbo gave us...
