"This was a very nice stay. The facilities are beautiful, the restaurants are excellent, service was outstanding. We arrived at BLR at 2:30 AM. The hotel car I requested was not confirmed, so it was not there, but there were other Taj West End drivers at the airport and the quickly arranged another car for us. "Very comfortable stay. Friendly staff and good service, food was excellent, especially the breakfast buffet, which served a variety of foods. The evening nibbles served in the Tower lobby was a welcome experience after a long day out; we indulged in this treat one evening of our 4 night stay. "
