"I stayed here for just a few hours . The place is awesome ! Staff very polite and courteous. I will certainly come back here next time I have to stay in Bangalore . The only difficulty I had was to reach the bath towels.. the rack is meant for 9 ft tall people not for 5 ft people like me ! 😄 apart from that I had a very relaxed and comfortable stay . "

They even went above and beyond with little gestures after we provided them with feedback, which was very nice. Special mention to Harshita, Sarupa, Savan, David, and many others whose names I cannot remember. I will definitely be staying at the property when I am back in Bangalore next time."

"A historical building with a large garden located in the city center — perfect for a relaxing morning or evening walk. Blue Ginger at the Taj West End is an excellent restaurant, offering delicious food in a uniquely charming setting. However, the room cleanliness was below expectations for a hotel of this standard, as I found hair in the bathroom upon check-in."

"Front desk was very fast in check in. Vidyuth was very helpful in making the necessary arrangements. Ensured all luggages were sent to hotel rooms while we left for shopping as it was not check in time yet. It was completely hassel free which saved alot of time. Breakfast was filled with variety and wirh live kitchen serving hot food. Nearby Iskon temple and shopping area. Very convinient. Overall very satisfied. "
