Recently renovated, it features an updated fully-stocked kitchen with full size stainless appliances, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes & utensils, granite island and sitting area.

Both the primary bedroom and guest bedrooms have King beds. The hallway alcove area has a set of built-in twin bunks that are perfect size for children or small adults. Living room includes sleeper sofa. Two full baths (one with bathtub and one walk in shower and bidet)

Sit on your over-sized balcony and enjoy a gorgeous view of the pool and Gulf of Mexico. Resort features direct beach access, elevators, large pool heated year-round, kid’s pool, 2 hot tubs and BBQ pits. Ready to go to the beach? Beach towels are provided so no need to pack extras. There is also a storage closet you will have access to with beach chairs and sand toys for you to use.

Please note that the HOA requires all guests to be counted towards occupancy, regardless of age, and guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. The host fee in the quote includes the cleaning fee and HOA nightly surcharge (parking).
