From your breezy studio condo on the sixth floor of The Emerald by the Sea, a premier luxury resort at the East End of Galveston Island, you'll enjoy spectacular views and amenities galore. The welcoming studio condo sleeps 4.  


From your private corner balcony, take in the sweeping views of the ocean and downtown Galveston. Crisp, blue-and-white nautical décor throughout and stylish sand-colored tile in the kitchen and living area will put you in a seaside state of mind.


The well-equipped kitchen has everything you'll need, including a Keurig coffee maker. With tons of windows to enjoy the views, the open-concept living area has a comfortable couch and wall-mounted TV, an ideal place to relax.


With a King bed situated on plush carpeting, plus a daybed with trundle in the living area, Sea it All comfortably sleeps 4 guests.


The oversized shower (8 ft!!) is sure to impress, and getting ready for the day is easy in the roomy, double-sink bathroom.


See it All is located on the pool level, so our lucky guests are less than 40 steps to the stunning 166-ft. HEATED infinity pool that overlooks the ocean. There's also an active sports pool and a relaxing swim-in spa. Take a nap or dig into your beach read in the open-air cabana, or grab a margarita at the swim-up bar before unwinding in the magnificently massive hot tub.


In addition to the pools, Sea it All guests are free to enjoy the rest of Emerald by the Sea's amazing amenities, including: Safe, secure on-site parking, front-door trolley service, grilling area, 166-ft. infinity pool, sports pool, swim-in spa, and 35-person hot tub, open-air cabana, featuring a grill and bar, with swim-up service from both the main pool and the hot tub, a movie theater (seats 23), state-of-the-art fitness center, pool deck gazebo, sky lobby, game room  complete with pool, foosball, poker, and flat-screen televisions.

First off, the location is great. Away from the super busy part of the beach. But still able to get down there to experience the night life and Pier. The condo itself could use some upgrades in terms of the pillows… they were all smushed and stained. The shower was in need of a deep clean as you could see mildew and other dirt on the bottom portion of the shower tiles and door. Bring slippers or socks bc the carpet tacks can poke you through the carpet. Important to note: there are different times for guests vs owners for various things (pool, gym, game room, theater room). Overall, good location but will probably stay at another venue next time.

We love the Emerald! It is a beautiful and well-kept property with excellent staff. This is our third stay at Emerald, each time in different units. The unit we stayed this time was somewhat disappointing. Just minor things and probably some personal preferences. The king bed was amazingly comfortable, but the linens were well-worn and the blanket inadequate, too thin. The pillows also seemed to need to be replaced. Several of the blinds on the windows did not work well. The inside handle on the entry door pulled off at one point, but we repaired it. We replaced the salt and pepper shakers as they were empty. The kitchen was stocked enough but again serving-ware could use an update. One of the drawers in the kitchen was difficult to pull in and out. We found the chairs in the living room uncomfortable, but the couches are very nice!!! Would have liked a real desk chair as I am a writer who spent time at the desk. Also odd that there was not a small dining table. Us old folks don’t do well on bar stools! All this said, we will definitely stay at the Emerald again, but will probably avoid this particular unit. We did have a pleasant stay, and greatly enjoyed the Dickens Festival!

My niece’s therapist told her she needed a weekend away with no husband and no kids. This condo was just what the doctor ordered. As it turned out, more than one of us needed that prescription. The room was spacious, the bed and the sofas were comfy! We spent so much time just talking and relaxing. We never used the tv but it is nice and big. The view from the balcony is just awesome! The pool is amazing! We wished we had booked another night! The welcome packet included all the information we needed. We will definitely be back!

Nice property but too far from beach. Bed was uncomfortable and bath towels were old and flimsy. Type you use on your car. Recent purchase of new couches were comfortable. Pool and spa were clean and not crowded. Staff were nice and helpful. I give it 7 out of 10 stars

Property was fantastic. There is a lot available including the awesome pool. Room needs some attention as door batteries were dead, vent in bedroom area was open with no way to close it, no trash bag and VERY uncomfortable bed. Enjoyed our stay, but some attention should be given to these areas.

The studio is beautiful, spacious, quiet, and bright. Even though it is on the same level as the pool, it is at the far side corner giving it a private feel. The kitchen is minimally appointed and the knives were dangerously unsharpened. Those who wish to cook their meals must bring their cooking tools. The apartment was not as well cleaned as it had been the previous times I stayed, and there weren't as many towels as before. Even with these small issues, my stay was peaceful and restful. The views of the ocean, the wonderful common areas, and the infinity pool provide a luxurious feeling that is hard to beat.

Even on the ugly days, the property has the game room and theatre to keep us occupied. And the heated pool & spa was perfect! Room needed a little updating and some items were not clean, but easy to do ourselves. Great location with in minutes from downtown and attractions on the seawall. Definitely would refer this property to anyone staying in Galveston!
