Luxury renovated flat in the attractive small building Casa Hispania from the sixties. Second line beach. In La Cala-Benidorm, the residential part of the town, on the quiet Poniente beach. (Levante is the party part of town with only hotels) We are also happy to rent our holiday flat in Spain to lovers of sun and sea. Only 100 metres from the beach and boulevard. Enjoy the view from the 8 metre balcony on the seventh floor. Good lift. Private car park. Suitable for 2 adults, non-smoking, no pets.

ABOUT BENIDORM
One of the most beautiful and cleanest beaches in Europe. Many restaurants and supermarkets in the area. In our street with beautiful marble pavements and beautiful trees and plants, there are many restaurants, small shops, a bakery and a pharmacy. You walk along the beautiful promenade to the centre of Benidorm in 25 minutes. Bus stop in the street. Modern hospital Clinica Benidorm or IMED is 4 km away.

With its particularly favourable location on the Costa Blanca, Benidorm enjoys one of the most pleasant climates on the entire Mediterranean coast. It is located in an area surrounded by mountain ranges.

Benidorm has become much better in recent years, with a beautiful new promenade to Poniente beach and an excellent infrastructure around the town. There are more and more young people in our residential area, active with running or cycling. The beach is cleaned every night and is fully illuminated at night, which is atmospheric and safe. The shopping centre La Marina (2.5 km) is huge with a large hypermarket Carrefour, Aldi, Lidl, Mercadona, Mediamarkt, Decathlon, etcetera.

Alfred was very helpful and Mascha, who met us, was lovely. The apartment was really well-equipped and had the most wonderful view of Poniente Beach. There was everything we wanted for our 9-night stay and the shopping trolley was ideal for our trips to Mercadonna

A great apartment, well maintained, providing excellent facilities with every thing you could need for a relaxing holiday.. appartement tres beau ,belle vue sur la mer .Mais les stores exterieurs ne fonctionnent pas laissant le soleil chauffer les pieces Le ventilateur de salon ne fonctionne pas également La chambre ne peux pas etre isolée du reste des pieces ce qui fait que le climatiseur portable est inutile La temperature dans l'appartement était d'environ 30 degrés =beaucoup de difficultés pour récuperer la nuit

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen 2 wöchigen Aufenthalt in einer Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen läßt. Sehr geschmackvoll, modern und funktionell eingerichtet, mit allem, was man als Selbstversorger benötigt. Das die Wohnung sehr sauber und gepflegt war, versteht sich von selbst. Wann immer es realisierbar ist, werden wir gerne wiederkommen.

The property was very well kept. Lovely view. Had great utensils in kitchen, didn't have toaster though. Very spacious and was lovely to stay there. Had a hiccup with internet but Alfred the owner sorted it out immediately. When the weather was bad the apartment was a great comfort.

We have stayed at this apartment before and have enjoyed it each time. The apartment is well aired and now with the addition of ceiling fans you are not reliant on using AC machine. Beds are comfortable, cooking equipment is sufficient for making easy meals (We tend to eat out and only make snacks / sandwiches for beach) There are plenty of places to eat with a few minutes walk from the apartment all serving different dishes.

Dieses Apartment ist sehr individuell und persönlich gestaltet, mit allem was für einem auch längerem Aufenthalt notwendig und nützlich ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer und die Freundlichkeit der Wohnungsverwaltung vor Ort sind besonders hervorzuheben. Leider mussten wir wegen Corona unseren Urlaub eine Woche früher beenden und auch das war kein Problem.

We have stayed in very many apartments over the years but Beach House Four Seasons has been by far the best. It is situated in a tree lined street just minutes from the beach and a short walk to a supermacardo, restaurants and cafes. The apartment itself is large airy and spotlessly clean,the extra large bed is extremely comfortable. Being on the seventh floor there is an excellent sea view. Glass sliding doors span the full width of the apartment giving a conservatory feel to the front of it. The public areas of the building are cleaned everyday by a very friendly Spanish lady . We enjoyed staying in this lovely apartment so much that we have already booked it for next year. So thank you to Alfred for all your help and thank you to Alice for your friendly welcome, see you next year.

This was our second stay at this apartment and it was as good as the first time. It is very modern and clean, we stayed for 5 weeks and we had everything we needed there. The Mercodonna supermarket is only a ten-minute walk away, and the beach is on your doorstep. We hope to stay in this apartment again next year. Thank you Alfred and also Alice who was there to greet us with the keys.

Sehr nette Abwicklung ! Vom Anfang bis zum Ende. Sehr schönes und stilvoll eingerichtetes Appartement. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Alice die das Appartement übergibt ist wirklich sehr freundlich. Hat uns nachts um 2 Uhr, weil unsere Ankunft sehr spät war mit einem lächelnden Gesicht die Tür geöffnet. Wirklich vielen Dank nochmal für alles !!

Die Wohnung ist schöhner als beschrieben!!!! Alice die uns empfangen und die Wohnungsschlüssel gegeben hat ist sehr lieb und hat uns alles genau gezeigt in der Wohnung. Wie abgemacht auf die minute war sie vor Ort wir mussten nicht auf sie warten und sie war immer für uns erreichbar fals wur eine frage hatten. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern, gemühtlich und bis aufs kleinste deteil schön eingerichtet und ist sehr sauber, es hat alles in der Wohnung! Wir schleppten mit uns diverse sachen mit wie z.B Bügeleisen, Haartrockner, Waschmittel und Strandbadetücher dies alles war überflüssig Alfred hat alles in seiner Wohnung nächste malnehmen wir nur unsere Kleider mit. Er war so lieb und hat für seine Gäste Bedienungsanleitung für diverse sachen in der Wohnung und Besichtigubgsorte auf Englisch geschrieben, was für uns sehr toll und nützlich war. Die meisste Zeit verbrachten mein Mann und ich in der Wohnung am Abend und kochten in der Küche von Alfred, zum Kochen hat es alles. Das Badezimmer ist wunderschön und modern eingerichtet. In 2 Minuten ist man von der Wohnung am Strand, die Bushaltestelle ist gleich vor der Tür man braucht kein Auto mit dem Buss fährt man überall hin und kostet nur 1.50€ ... Die Wohnung hat im hinterhof einen Parkplatz was sehr gut war wir fuhren mit dem Auto in Spanien aber das nächste Jahr fliegen wir da es gute verbindungen mit dem Buss hat und dann sind wir zu drit da wir nachwuchs bekommen :) . Ich kann nur jedem die Wohnung empfehlen! Wir gehen auf jeden fall noch mal dort hin! Der Blick ans Meer ist atemberaubend wunderschön!
