"All though it looks as if they are updating lamp shades and drapes are in rough conditions, broken torn. Also desk needs repainted or replaced. All in all great place to stay, minimal traffic and noise."

Perfect and quiet.
"The location was perfect and quiet. Plenty of space for the dogs to run around. The place itself was very clean and had pretty much everything you would need. The central AC was nice to have in the summer heat."
