"I booked this room last minute after driving all night and being unable to stay at the first hotel I booked due to cockroaches there. I called WYE and they let me check into my room early to shower and sleep. The owners are so kind and helpful, the facility is very clean and well-kept, and I will definitely be staying here again if I’m in the area!"

"I had a great time at the Grand Hotel. The place is beautiful with vintage hints but very well kept! The rooms are spacious very clean and mine had a jetted tub. My room was directly outside the indoor pool which was super cute and convenient . The restaurant and bar was amazing! Great food and drinks and all the staff were very nice"

An exterminator was at the property when we pulled up, and after taking pictures of the cockroaches in our room that the front desk person acknowledged had been an ongoing problem, they refused to allow me to speak with a manager in person or via phone and denied me a refund for the room I couldn’t stay in. After looking at a different room at the request of the front desk person, that room also had cockroaches and black...

"Our whole hallway smelled like marijuana smoke. I did let the front desk know, and they did offer to move us. However, it was pretty easy to tell where the smell was coming from, and I fell that if the policy is NO SMOKING in the rooms, then they should be told to smoke outside. I have a child with severe asthma and a missing lung. They should be made to quit smoking INSIDE, instead of my family of 5 having to pack up and move. Otherwise, we got what we paid for."
