"The room was clean & spacious. The hotel location is great with tube station nearby. The only issues we had with the hotel is the shower rod is placed too far inside the shower, which makes the shower very narrow. So when showering the shower curtain sticks to you. The carpets in the hallways need cleaning."

"The property is located within short walking distance from Earls Court station and Gloucester Road. I loved how spacious this hotel was including all the amenities we needed. The staff were all lovely and accommodating - we requested an extra blanket, mirror to do our makeup, and late checkout and they were super lovely and helpful."

"At first we were placed in a room that was cramped with a bed anchored against a wall and neither of us could sleep in this cramped space. We tried unsuccessfully to sleep for 3 nights at which point we decided we would have to go elsewhere for the remainder if our stay as the night manager indicated the hotel was full. When we notified the front desk in the morning of the 4th day that we would need to move to another accommodation as we were unable to sleep in the cramped bed. Jess and Michael...

"The facility was excellent and the proximity to everything was perfect. The tube is only two blocks away which made getting around easy. The breakfasts were first class, delicious and always hot. A very nice selection too. Room care was excellent."

Quirky and boutique, it is perfectly located for anybody wanting to visit the South Kensington area which of course includes the wonderful museums and the Royal Albert Hall which is only 10 minutes walk away. A warm welcome, immaculately clean spacious and really comfortable room, super bathroom with a great shower and lovely large soft fluffy towels, tea and coffee making facilities in the room which were very welcome, air conditioning...
