"No there was no meat and lighting in back parking lot terrible"

"The first floor doesn’t let you enjoy the view unless you like being exposed to the parking lot. The doors slam very hard when they close on the rooms so you hear loud slams all night. And the gym was being renovated so there was some other noises during the day."

My phone didn't work to call the front desk to see what the siren was for. Then at around 830 an alarm went off again. Turned off in 10 minutes. Very alarming, not conducive to a good night's sleep. "The location is very convenient. I trusted the Wyndham brand, but the hotel was "sketchy" at best. It was a mistake to stay at the Microtel Inn & Suites in Middletown, NY. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. The mattress made a loud creak when I sat on the edge of the bed. The mattress dipped from side to side and top to bottom. "As soon as I walked into the hotel I received a welcoming greeting and a smooth check-in. The room was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the soap/shampoo/conditioner/lotion options provided were a nice touch. There was a variety of options for breakfast. From omelettes to pancakes, breakfast sausage to cereal with fruit or fruit by itself. There were also biscuits with gravy, oatmeal, and hard boiled eggs. "What a wonderful experience staying at the Borland House is! With the quaint, homey feeling of the whole house, to the kindness of the staff. Your stay will absolutely be lovely. Ample towels are provided for the private, spacious bathroom. Very comfortable bedding and well appointed decorations are in the bedroom. I was in the Hummingbird Suite. I could see myself living there, it just had everything I needed. I look forward to visiting again in the future!"
