"My next door neighbors in Loft D had very loud children that continued way past midnight for the first night of my 3-night stay. I was in Salisbury on some very sensitive business and I needed a good night sleep each night. I texted Brant the next morning and he addressed it professionally and promptly. The next two nights were quiet. I really appreciate how this was handled."

"We stayed for two nights.Very easy communication with the owner.The AC upstairs did not cool adequately, which was a bit challenging given the 80 degrees.Also, the dock to the river was broken down and difficult to access with the kayaks.Otherwise, we enjoyed ourselves and the proximity to lots of beautiful sightseeing very much."
