"The property was lovely. The host so very accommodating, The neighborhood close to restaurants and stores. The flowers, beverages and goodie basket was really a nice touch and very much appreciated. The beds were very comfortable as well. There is access to the community Pool too. The weather did not permit us to use it. Thank You."

"This home was everything we needed and more! It was spacious, clean and a beautiful location! There was a leak in the ceiling and the owners were very responsive and fixed it right away. Definitely recommend this stay."

"House was in a great location for attending graduation events at Salisbury University. Large enough space for immediate family and grandparents. Only negative was that one of the 4 bedrooms was listed as having 2 double beds, instead had one double bed with a twin trundle underneath "

"Place was amazing. Hosts were easy to contact and get ahold of. In a quiet area and easily accessible. "

"As a family with multiple people in a wedding at Vanderwende Acres, this house was in the prime spot. The house offered quick access for traveling to and from the wedding venue for multiple events in a weekend. The house had great amenities such as a separate pool table room which could not be heard in the bedrooms when trying to put our kids down. The bedrooms had ample space for family members to choose from and lawn offered space for the kids to run."

"The AC unit went up right before we arrived. The property owners went out and got us window units right away, and the house stayed cool for us the entire time. We were very grateful they were so willing to help us out in this situation. Thank you!"

"Great waterfront property, conveniently located and easily accessible. Outstanding communication and interaction with hosts! 5 Stars!!"

"Beautiful, well decorated space. Nice location, restaurant on the river a quick walk across the street. The only negative for us was that the open ceiling design, while visually interesting, meant that the bedrooms shared an open air ceiling that also opened to the living space, so you need to be extra quiet when a kid is asleep in the morning or if one person is going to bed earlier then the rest. Overall a great place to stay!"

"This property was very convenient to everything we needed. It was clean and well equipped and the hosts could not have been nicer or more attentive. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"My family visited for Softball Nationals. The location was great! Ocean City Boardwalk is about 40 minutes from the house. Fishing spot 2 minutes away. Judi was an amazing host! Reachable and very accommodating..The house was clean, comfortable and she even left some snacks for us to enjoy! It was a fun place for us grownups to play some cards at the table while the kids took a dip in the pool. The fenced in yard was a plus! Would definitely stay again. "

"We srayed at this property due to number of guests and proximity to the college. It was a great mix of old and new. This house was wonderfully appointed and everyone enjoyed their stay. The views were spectacular and we had everything we needed and more. It was unexpectedly remote, but once we got used to it, it was barely noticeable. We are even considering staying here again "

"This was by far the dirtiest house I’ve ever stayed at. We ended up washing all the sheets and towels upon arrival. Found candy wrappers and an acrylic nail in the beds. Towels all looked dirty. Could see shoe tread marks in the bathroom area carpet. Washed those too. Island was sticky, window sills also very dusty. Smudge marks on glass sliding doors. Outsode grill area had leftover food from prior occupants & beer cans littered in back. Candy wrappers /candy stuck in shag area rugNeeds...
