Very large outdoor terrace with terrace furniture, hammock hanging between two huge palm trees. Swimming pool with trampoline and ideal for games. Wonderful game room with foosball, the dream of every child.

We all had a great time at the villa. The only criticism would be a fan for air circulation would have made sleeping easier for us and an insect killer in the kitchen and living area would have stopped the flys as we were in the mountains but all around great time

More or less exactly what we expected and a very enjoyable stay in peaceful surroundings. Only a very slight issue on arrival but put right within the hour by Fernando. We all really enjoyed staying there

Great spot, big house

It was mostly really nice but there were a few weird things, like there was no soap available in any bathrooms and very little warm water. But the house was big and fairly clean, we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic house!

The house was really nice. We were 10 people and had lots of space to everyone. The kitchen was well equipped. The host really sweet And replied quickly.The location was great when you have rented cars in the greener part of the island.

We loved this villa! Great location in the Northern, less touristic part of the island. Situated at the end of a long, gravel track so no passing traffic or neighbours. 5 minutes drive from large supermarkets. 45 minutes drive from the airport ( you definitely need a hire car to stay here!) and 80 minutes from Puerto de Mogan. Gorgeous, otherworldly views of the mountains. The pool was fab, sauna was excellent, annd the ping-pong table was used constantly! All rooms are spacious, and the kitchen was superbly well-equipped. Plenty of room for 11 of us. Everything about the villa has a homely, lived-in feel which made for a very comfortable stay. Communication with the host was fast and easy. Thank you Fernando, we loved it!

Wonderful stay!

We had a lovely week at the property. It is huge, much more space than we were expecting. The kids spent hours exploring the gardens & playing in the pool. Hire car is essential as the villa is very remote but remote was what we were looking for.

Gorgeous grounds and large living space

Multi level villa with plenty of space for everyone. We lived outside for the whole week. 1km to fast road everywhere, big supermarkets and few jams to nearest small town. Get a car and go explore!

Note 1. Es war super. Sehr ruhige Unterkunft. Viel Raum, viel Fläche, extra Spielzimmer für Kinder, extra Spieltisch für Gesellschaftsspiele. Es war alles sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Außenbereich ist sehr gepflegt. Blick auf Teneriffa war atemberaubend. Sofortiger Kontakt bei Rückfragen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

holiday ladies

Wir sind 6 Freundinnen zwischen 40 und 60 Jahren. Uns war wichtig ein großes Haus mit 6 Schlafzimmern zu finden, deshalb haben wir uns für diese Villa entschieden. Die haben wir aber leider nicht, wie im Inserat versprochen, vorgefunden, sondern nur 5 Zimmer. Ebenso haben wir keinen Whirlpool gefunden. Der Zustand der Villa ist grenzwertig, Schimmel in verschiedenen Zimmern, Duschvorhang total verschimmelt, an der Aussenwand fällt der Putz ab usw. Der Garten ist schön und gepflegt, die Aussicht sehr schön, der Pool ist ok, Die Villa müsste dringend renoviert werden.

Spacious Villa with nice views

The villa is clean , well equipped and spacious especially the living areas. The property is however showing its age and could badly do with some general repairs and decoration, the main skylight in the hall leaks and makes the stairs wet and extremely slippery in wet weather . The skylight cover in the second on suite bathroom blew off in high winds and caused water ingress , it was held down with rocks and not properly secured. The dishwasher didn’t work and had to be replaced during our stay , plus the some of the lights don’t work and on inspection the wiring looked dangerous.

Beautiful views but tired property

Overall we had a good stay. The views are stunning, the pool is a good size and the area is great for lounging, and the property is well-located next to supermarkets. Check-in was easy and there is an alarm to set when away from the property. There were some aspects that we didn’t enjoy however: - The kitchen is very cluttered and has a lot of unusable cookware (e.g. all non-stick pans had their coating flaking off). The dishwasher socket wasn’t working during our stay so the suggested solution was to run an extension cable down the back of the wet sink (felt unsafe). - The master bedroom is extremely hot after facing into the sun all day, even with shutters down. There is no A/C or a portable fan and we were very uncomfortable at night. The bedding also smelled sweaty on our arrival. - The bathrooms are very cluttered with sticky, half-used toiletries from previous stays. We felt this made the property feel unclean. - The property felt tired and in need of repair. Many cracks in the walls and tiles, one set of shutters were broken which blocked the view from the living area, many lightbulbs were missing or broken. This property has great potential and would make for a wonderful holiday with some updates and a clear-out.

Stunning House in the middle of beautiful surroundings.The house is a like a small piece of paradise, incredible views and location.The outside is perfect for relaxing with plenty of loungers for the whole group.The pool is rather cold but a perfect plunge after the sauna.Inside has loads of space and chairs for everyone to relax.The owner provided all the info as well as helpful videos explaining things.Things to consider.The driveway/approach is unpaved and was hard to navigate in the dark in a hire car.. car often grounded out on the rough surface.For the number of rooms the hot water situation is not ideal, takes around 10 mins to reach certain rooms and often runs out very quickly. Not enough for everyone to use the showers on the same morning.We loved it and would love to come again.

Prachtige ruime locatie met prachtig uitzicht! Heel veel privacy. Een geweldige week gehad met kinderen en kleinkinderen.Ruim en schoon huis met zelfs een goedgevulde speelkamer. En speelgoed voor het zwembad. Verder was huis goed uitgerust; van alle gemakken voorzien er was van alles genoeg!! Echter het huis kan wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken mn de badkamers. Desondanks zouden we er volgend jaar weer graag naar toe gaan!

Das Haus macht was es soll / Die Außenanlage gut und Aussicht wunderschön

Wir waren im März/April 2023 mit unserer 4-köpfigen Familie dort. In der Bebilderung im Portal sieht das Haus wirklich schön aus, also bucht man und freut sich. Angekommen bekommt man von dem ersten Eindruck einen Zweiten, der ist dann genauer und lässt erkennen, dass dieses Haus mehr als nur in die Jahre gekommen ist. Der Verschleiß als auch die Pflege dieses Hauses lässt wirklich zu wünschen übrig. Wir haben wirklich schon viele Häuser oder Wohnungen gesehen und gebucht, aber hier waren wir doch etwas "überrascht". Wir können gar nicht alles aufzählen, das würde zu sehr ins Detail gehen. Vielleicht haben wir auch falsche Erwartungen. Die wohl für alle kommenden Gäste sind folgende: - die Küche ist fertig, richtig fertig - die Lampen in der Küche sind gelb vom Fett - überall sind Rückstände und es ist nicht einladend dort - Das Steckerkabel der Spülmaschine ist provisorisch mit einer anderen zusammengesteckt. - es gibt aufgeplatzten Putz an vielen Ecken im / am Haus ( innerhalb und ausserhalb ) - die Terrassenfliesen haben viele Risse - das auf Bildern zu sehende Sprungbrett am Pool ist völlig durchgerostet. Wir haben unsere Kids kurz mal drauf gelassen, aber aus Angst das was passiert sie dann nicht mehr drauf gelassen In das Haus kamen wir mit einem Schlüssel der für uns hinterlegt wurde. Kontakt gab es mit Nathalie via WhatsApp, mehr nicht. Jeden Dienstag kam der Poolkeeper und hat seine Arbeit getan. Sonst hat man das Haus für sich alleine und seine Ruhe. Das Haus ist groß, für 4 Personen deutlich überdimensioniert, aber wir suchten nach einem Haus im Norden der Insel, das war Ideal. Die Zufahrt zum Haus sind ca. 500 Meter Kies und Schotterweg. Ja, dieses Haus hat seine besten Zeiten hinter sich. Die Aussenanlage sieht gut aus, die Gartenmöbel waren auch gut. Da sich natürlich viele Gäste des Hauses vermutlich oft im freien aufhalten hat man hier aufgepasst und investiert. Deswegen kann man mit allem Abstand vom Zustand des Hauses absehen da man nur zu den Abendstunden daran erinnert wird. Internet ist OK, es gibt 2 WLAN Repeater die das Haus mit Internet versorgen, das klappt auch einigermaßen. FAZIT: Wir hatten eine gute Zeit auf der Insel. Wir haben viel gesehen und erlebt. Das Haus ist zum übernachten OK, mehr nicht. Zum runter fahren und Sonnenbaden lädt die Außenanlage ein. Der Ausblick ist wirklich sehr sehr schön und das größte Plus. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder auf die Insel, aber nicht in dieses Haus
