"Ich war Mitte Mai 2025 für 1 Übernachtung in der ROSENVILLA. Das Anmeldeprocedere mit dem jungen Herrn war ein wenig unbeholfen holprig, aber alles Andere dann sehr schön. Mein Zimmer war geräumig, alles sehr sauber, die große Matraze super angenehm und das Umfeld draußen sehr ruhig. Ich konnte entspannt mit geöffneter Balkontür schlafen. Das Frühstücksbuffet am nächsten Morgen war wirklich einzigartig. Ich habe rein gar nichts vermisst, okay evtl. ein Glas Prosecco, wie ich es sonst kenne, aber...

"The property was in a quiet residential area yet so close to the old town via bus just 100 metres down the road or 15-20 minute walk on a beautiful walking path. Eva was a wonderful host who showed us through our apartment on check in and gave us some valuable tips. We also utilised the upstairs laundry for a small fee which was most appreciated after a couple of weeks living out of our suitcases. Would highly recommend this place"

"Sehr schönes altes Gebäude, trotzdem in exzellentem Zustand. Persönlicher Stil, passend zur wunderbaren Umgebung der Altstadt. Ruhiges, geräumiges Zimmer, sehr gut renoviert. Hervorragendes Frühstück."

"The Hyperion hotel is my new favorite hotel in Salzburg. They gave us exceptional service. The room was impeccably clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist when needed.The hotel's location was perfect. We highly recommend the Hyperion and will definitely be back on our next visit! "

"The service was excellent! From front desk, bell hops, room service attendants and even the person who oversees the breakfast hours are all incredibly superb. The room was clean and well thought out. The only thing I can think of is you may need to request a roll away if you have a party of three and staying in the junior suite. "Very well located with a bus station in front of the property which is very handy. Breakfast was included and was very complete and good! The only issue we had was that the property had limited hot water for showering so some of us ended up showering with cold water, but the host explained that it was an issue over the two days we stayed and had already called the plumber."
