"If you are staying for 2 days it’s probably a 4/5 but when staying for 4 days the breakfast is okay (low selection) the room doesn’t get restocked (no replacement cups) and in general the staff are moderately helpful. "Hotel ist sehr schön und vor allem zentrumsnah, ca. 15 min. Zu Fuß in die Altstadt, direkt gegenüber des Hotels an der Salzach entlang.Glücklicherweise hab ich keinen Parkplatz gebraucht, da ich am Tagungsort geparkt habe. 20€ pro Tag im Außenbereich, 25€ in der Tiefgarage. Schlecht sind die Personenstürme beim Frühstück, da immer Busse da sind, die dann alle gleichzeitig zum Frühstück geben. Da ist es schwer, einen Platz zu finden und in Ruhe zu frühstücken. "Jorge was so welcoming. He was always available to offer a suggestion or direction The facility was VERY nicely appointed from the towels and sheets to the tissues. Every light was spot lighting a beautiful object in the room. The ligjts would come on magically as you entered and turned off just as effortlessly. The common area on the second floor was a wonderful addition and allowed for an open space to enjoy wine and a snack. "

"First of all, the rooms are shockingly small....so much so that there was almost no space on one side of the bed. I tried to get down in the middle of a night and my ankle got bruised by the sharp edge of the bed. Second, the staff were simply rude and unhelpful initially. On one of the evenings, we decided to hang out with our friends in the lounge room and they didn't have all of the lights on. So, when we asked them to turn them on and they said we had to buy something from the bar before...
