What to Expect
The property is equipped with the highest standard of modern comforts, including air-conditioning on the ground floor & second floor, wi-fi technology, a large flat screen television with satellite tv, and an especially well equipped kitchen.
Just across from the main villa there is a guest house built of stone that can sleep up to 6 people. This part of the property is of more recent construction, but maintains the same high level of the main villa.
The English speaking caretaker lives on the premises in an apartment with a separate entrance.
After arriving you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a splendid holiday in Tuscany. For your enjoyment you will find a private pool where you can unwind while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a busy day of visiting museums. Also available outside are a barbecue grill, patio and playground. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, microwave, toaster and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to 16 people. If you prefer to dine 'al fresco', there is a fully furnished veranda where you can enjoy the weather while dining outdoors.
