Decent property/ HORRIBLE communicaton

Even though this is obviously managed by a corporate/ property manager, communication was atrocious. Little to no arrival information was provided ahead of time, and the actual check-in information was sent an hour AFTER our pre-stated arrival time. And the VRBO messaging system was then blamed for the delay. The apartment itself was fine and reasonably comfortable, but badly stocked for a managed property. No pool towels were provided even though the description makes a big deal about not using bath towels at the pool. It tried to be child-friendly (the 2 roll-away cots, stroller, pack n play were easily available) but not even 2 full sets of child dishes. Only 4 adult plates and only 3 bowls and odd quantities of silverware as well. Also, there were 15+ extra pillowcases but only 1 sheet for the cots. The apartment was clean and would be comfortable for 2 adults. Good location close to downtown Fullerton and Disney.

Mostly great property to stay in while in Fullerton

The property was clean. There were a few minor issues, such as the kitchen sink drained very slow, making cooking difficult. We ended up eating out every meal. Also, coffee pot never worked while we were there. Check in was honestly not good. I suggested to the property management to use terms like "north, east, south, west" instead of "left and right" because it can be tricky following their complex check in instructions. Also the instructions to check in were not sent to us until almost 7pm. My husband needed to use the restroom and all the surrounding public restrooms required to be a customer or use quarters. To say we were worried and frustrated is an understatement. I would recommend requesting check in instructions right at 4pm even f you don't check in until later, to avoid getting stuck outside in the dark, waiting.

Great Location

This apartment is exactly as it appears in the listing. The location is close to the Universities and in walking distance to many downtown restaurants, and shopping centers. The owners were incredibly helpful with specific check in and out instructions. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Love this apartment. Will book again.

It was clean, well appointed, and fully equipped. The location is central and convenient. Costco and Amazon fresh were literally next door. Target a 2 minute drive away. Disney 5 minutes away. Rafael was patient and accommodating. We didn't use the common areas but the pool area and gym were convenient.

Clean, modern and secure with comfy bed

The place is very clean and modern with well-equipped amenities and the spacious living room. With a small key-fob, the access to the apt room from the outside is easy and simple. I received one key-fob but this caused some tricky situations - all of us had to go in and out together. Otherwise, one without the key-fob had to wait for the others to come... Very inconvenient. It would be wise to get more than one key-fobs if possible.

My stay in Fullerton (boots to the ground)

I came to attend the winter NAMM convention in Anaheim. The main reason why I picked this property was the location. It only took an hour and a half to get here from LAX via MetroLink, and the train station is only 0.3 miles from the property. Both the convention center and Disney are easily accessible via the #43 bus; the bus stop is located directly across the street from the property. Downtown Fullerton 'SOCO' district is easy walking distance from the property as well! There you will find great places to eat and a variety of entertainment. The apartment where I stayed was really nice with a very comfortable bed, all new modern appliances and a private outdoor terrace. I was impressed! There are only a couple very minor thing to note... It would be helpful to have a property guide/guest book with useful information to better acclimate guests to the apartment and the common area facilities. However, I must say that Rafael was very responsive to all of my questions. The only challenge for a commuter/pedestrian on foot, such as myself, is finding provisions... there is no local fresh market or Wholefoods within short walking distance. There is 'Costco' and 'Walmart'. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and you will too!
