"The resort and staff were all excellent, my complaint lies with the fact you have to wait until 4pm to access your room. By the time you receive your hotel key card, you have missed out on valuable time at their pool. Disappointing, considering how much the rooms cost."

"We had a great stay here. Lovely natural surroundings, quiet, and comfortable. Kathy is very easy to communicate with. Very easy to see the area from here. We went to Salt Spring Island for the day and travelled up the coast as well. We would highly recommend this place to stay."
