  • Esta casa soleada frente al mar frente al oeste, es el lugar perfecto para relajarse, con amigos y familiares. Con un amplio salón comedor en la planta superior y una amplia sala de juegos en la planta baja, lo disfrutan familias multigeneracionales.

    Observe cómo nadan las ballenas mientras se elevan las águilas desde sus grandes cubiertas o desde el patio de piedra de la orilla del océano.

    Esta gran casa familiar de 3000 pies cuadrados está situada en un lote privado de un acre. Las vistas sur occidentales desde las cubiertas, la cocina, los dormitorios y las salas de estar son impresionantes.

    Disfrute de los cómodos muebles de patio para comer y descansar en la terraza, la barbacoa de gas, la nueva tina caliente y dos chimeneas a leña.

    La enorme cocina comedor ha sido recientemente renovada y está totalmente equipada con todo lo que necesita, ¡incluyendo especias y papel de aluminio! Encimeras de cuarzo, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, isla de cocina. Mucho espacio para cocinar y socializar.

    A un corto paseo le lleva a una encantadora playa, puerto deportivo y la comida campestre. Disfrute de las impresionantes puestas de sol desde la cubierta, el comedor, la cocina, la sala de estar, el dormitorio principal, la sala de juegos y el dormitorio de la reina.

    Pender Island ofrece todos los servicios necesarios para comprar comestibles, tiendas de licores del gobierno y privadas, farmacias e incluso una bodega para visitar. Puedes alquilar kayaks en Brownings Marina, alquilar barcos, nadar en la piscina o comer en el pub.

Eagle Rock is a beautiful home with a beautiful view! We enjoyed every moment of our stay, from whale watching with our coffee in the morning to relaxing in the hot tub at sunset. The kitchen is impressively stocked, and Pauline took care to make every part of the visit comfortable. Check in and out were seamless, everything was spotless. The tram access was also a huge help in welcoming our elderly mother to visit with us!

Eagle Rock is a stunning home perched on a cliffside with outstanding views. The house is bright, spacious and beautifully appointed. Our three-generation family and two dogs had lots of room for both shared and personal space. We made wonderful memories exploring Pender Island together.Pauline was a delightful and helpful host!

The property and the host are absolutely wonderful! The house itself is clean and well taken care of. The view is incredible! Watching bald eagles soar, ferries pass by and other ships and planes pass is wonderful. The neighborhood is lovely and peaceful. The description of the house and the amenities are accurate. Our family of 8 were very happy with our stay. Highly recommend this house and the host!

Amazing property, everything was perfect exactly like the pictures. The house and deck are very spacious and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. The view whether you're inside or outside is to die for! Highly recommend this property.

The view was unique and special. All the small details were provided for and makes for a wonderful multigenerational family getaway. Pauline was so friendly and helpful as a host.

Late summer paradise

Beautiful accommodation inside and out. The residence is only surpassed by the glorious natural surroundings. We spent a week unwinding as a family - the days were packed and we still haven’t seen all the island has to offer!

Beautiful Pender Island View

Great location, amazing views, good space for a family of 8 plus 1 toddler. Close to hiking, disc golf, cidery and winery. Kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. Nice deck with hotub overlooking the water and beautiful sunsets

Beautiful Pender Island

We had a lovely stay at Eagle Rock. Pauline’s place is extremely clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen and games area. The highlight for our family was the upper deck with stunning views for morning coffee, family meals and games or evening soaks in the hot tub observing the stars. Looking forward to returning!

Eagle Rock for Easter

Our family of 8 adults and 3 children celebrated the Easter weekend at this spectacular property. We enjoyed the stunning view and we found the home super comfortable and very well supplied. Pauline was very attentive and we felt welcome in her home. Absolutely, we would love to vacation here again. Thank you.

Amazing getaway!

My friends and I were blown away by the beauty of this location and property. The home was spacious, the bedrooms were gorgeous, and we had a lovely time enjoying the hot tub, deck, and whale watching spot. Pauline was very helpful and communicative, provided clear instructions for all amenities and shared some great local suggestions that made for a great weekend getaway. I would highly recommend staying here! Thank you Pauline!

Our best family vacation ever!

Seven of our family, ages ranging from 4 to 72, met and stayed at the beautiful Eagle Rock for a week. The home was spacious and comfortable, and our vacation would have been perfect if we only had enjoyed the incredible views. But we sampled everything Pender Island had to offer! From picking blackberries to sampling wine and cider to the last day at the Fall Festival, it was the best family vacation ever. Thanks to our wonderful host for making it easy and comfortable.

Pender vacation

Great place to stay with stunning views. Had a group of friends come from throughout BC. Hardest thing was getting there but Pauline advised us to book a ferry and had a great check in and check out system. Seamless. There was a lot of broom on the property but it seems to be growing all over the island. But, the location is awesome, the house is fantastic and the views over the ocean are incredible. Great place to unwind and enjoy with friends or by yourself.

Amazing!! Host was super communicative, all instructions were on point. The house is equipped with absolutely everything you need - and a chefs dream (imagine my surprise there was an immersion blender! Plus, knives that actually cut!) the house is so well thought out and equipped you may not want to leave (or need to). Two people in our group are recent knee replacements and there is a lovely tram to assist you with the steps outside or to haul groceries and/ or luggage. We can’t wait to go back to see the deer right at our door, the whales, eagles and hummingbirds visible right from our deck.

A slice of heaven

Eagle Rock did not disappoint! Absolutely beautiful location. Pauline is very responsive if you have any questions. The home itself is very comfortable and spacious and has everything you need. We were a group of seven adults and we had all the space we needed. Sitting in the crystal clear hot tub in the afternoon looking out at the ocean was indescribable. We spent so much time on the upper deck relaxing, reading and watching the ocean for wildlife. There were a couple seals that hung out in front a few of the days and we had a pod of whales go by one afternoon. We filled the hummingbird feeder and had humming birds all day into the evenings. And the sunsets are spectacular!! Loved our time at Eagle Rock! Can’t wait to visit again!!
