The corner of the shower booth was cracked, and water overflowed through the gap, leaving the floor completely soaked. The body soap bottle was empty. I asked for a bottle of water to be brought to my room, but it never arrived. The towels and pillowcases were dirty, with what looked like footprints ...

Hyatt Place London Heathrow Airport
Recommend this hotel. Well run with nice rooms and good meals. Our server in the restaurant, Francis, was a rockstar. Really good hotel and restaurant.

Was very unique experience to ride Heathrow pod and be dropped off at the hotel. Only should be better marked to make the way to find the Heathrow pod Good experience over all

We stayed for 6 weeks amd each morning Gulia at reception greeted us with a smile and a cheerful comment. Copper Castle & Petting Farm near Legoland
The copper castle was an amazing place to stay, clean, comfortable, staff were amazing, children loved the animals and collecting egg's from the chickens in the morning. Owner's were very helpful and accommodating, will definitely be coming back for another stay.

Willow Court Farm
We enjoyed our very short stay and would like to return for longer next time. The lodge had everything we needed and our children loved the bunk beds. We all enjoyed feeding the animals in the morning the next day.
