"It’s a nice hotel. Power outage hit shortly after we checked in and lasted more than 24 hours (so no lights — except emergency lights, no heat, hot water, elevators, breakfast…) — not something they could control, but staff didn’t seem to know anything about what to do in these circumstances. They shrugged a lot. Said they could comp parking charges. While guests struggled to open and close sliding electric doors, staff sat in chairs in the lobby and watched. Unclear whether any refund credits...

"The hotel overall was in poor condition. Rooms are not cleaned daily and my room had stains on the mattress cover and a layer of rust/dust/grime covering most surfaces. Other guests were loud, inconsiderate, and sketchy overall. There is also literally nothing around the hotel so if you’re in town without a car, you will not have access to amenities. Pros are that the room size was good for the cost. "

"This hotel was the perfect stay for my work conference! The food was excellent - both the breakfast and the kickback food, the room was so clean, and the staff was super friendly! The staff was honestly the best part because they talked to you like you were an old friend, and it truly seemed like they love their work and loved being there. I highly recommend staying here!"
