"General: Stayed for 6 nights. When we arrived for a time of solitude and study we found there was no toilet paper in the home, and several lightbulbs were burnt out making it impossible to get enough light in any area for the work we had rented it to accomplish. After our arrival I contacted the manager the next morning. We had a discussion over text and he ultimately he made the two hour trip to bring us some TP and lightbulbs. "Upon arrival we were taken back by the overall appearance of the property but were surprised by the inside of the cabin and all the appliances at our disposal. We have always loved Port Townsend and this was a very affordable quaint but clean place to stay. The valley view was also nice. The room was definitely updated inside."

"Chris hosted us for a short visit to the area. The room is clean and updated. The listing was accurate, and the bed was comfortable. I believe we were in the flight path for paine field but after a couple of early evening flyovers, it was quiet. The property is lovely and the view cannot be beat. "

"Beautiful private cabin right on the beach. Harbor porpoises, birds, seals all visible from the deck. Sweet classic cabin with everything you need. Would be a small challenge for someone with mobility issues as the trail down is steep but the cabin is worth it."

"Never reserved code to door. No one answered the phone took 2 hours to get someone to respond. Got in the hours cold a small heater for the front living room. Renters down stairs loud tv all night could not sleep both nights. And dishes were put away dirty. Foot prints all over the floor. Looked like was not moped. "Our stay was wonderful. It was nice to be able to visit our son and our granddaughter. The cottage was so cute and inviting. We sat outside and watched our granddaughter play in the playhouse. "Our large family loved the accomodations. The kiddos loved the pool and the game room (as did the adults) and also the porch. The location is great and the host was super responsive and helpful! The kids are already asking to go back :)"

"The place was fine for our one night stay. I would not want to stay there for a longer period of time. There were three of us. The futon was very uncomfortable. We were unable to watch TV because the cable box was removed. The place was clean and simplistically decorated. The grounds were lovely and it was quiet. We did not have much contact with the host. I said hello and goodbye. Laurie spoke with him a while longer because he had chickens and she has chickens. "
