"First of all , when I got there I was told that I did not have a reservation there but I had one confirmed on expedia. Then I was told that someone else had checked in under my name but my credit card was not used. I was given another reservation. The room was clean but had many issues. The air conditioner did not work and the drain in the sink did not drain well. There was damage to the floor . walls and bathroom door. The luggage rack was broken as was a curtain. We did not eat breakfast there...

"Due to the delay of an AA flight, we did not connect to the flight from CLT. To JAN. Had to find a hotel for one night at the last minutes. Sheraton airport hotel seems to be the right choice. However the pool was closed in the morning. Although the bed is comfortable but the room is dark, furniture’s are outdated. Overall needs renovations."
