"After a long travel day it was nice being greeted by Jay. Jay was very friendly and helpful during the check-in process. The room had been updated and was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot for a shower. The only thing the room was missing was a chair (other than desk) to sit in. There is room in the corner by the floor lamp. Something at the bottom on the drapes would help to keep all the air from the unit from blowing up under the drapes instead of into the room. ...

"Great customer service at check in. This staff knows how to communicate and treat a guest. Clear explanations on the amenities, etc. Great breakfast, and the 3:00 pm fresh popcorn is great. 5:30 to 7:00 they provide complimentary beer and wine, as well as a few snacks, such as chips. They have a soda fountain which is available all day long. So wonderful for when I needed a quick sip of bubbly but DID NOT want a bottle, can, etc. Brilliant benefit!!
