"There was so much noise coming from the room above us, it sounded like a herd of elephants running around. We were watching tv, so we just tolerated it until 9 pm, when we were ready for bed. We called down to the desk to report it. On our second call around 930, we were told “ it’s a birthday party sir “and basically get over it. At 945 pm, we called to request a more quiet room in a different area of hotel. We were moved at 10 pm. We asked for some compensation in the morning, but no response....

My husband and I contemplated leaving, but we stayed the 2 nights out of necessity. We were in town for a funeral and needed a less expensive option for an unexpected event and I know that you get what you pay for, but Expedia needs to take this hotel option off of the list of options. "Check in was fine, I had my dog with me, she put us as far away from the entrance, 3 rd floor last room on that floor. So when the dog needed to go out we had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs and that back stairway was filthy I doubt it has been vacuumed in months, the carpet was black in places.
