"Jim and Laurie were wonderful and the amount of love and care they take to ensure your stay is perfect was evident. The rooms were spacious and serene, the whirpool tub was a plus for relaxing, and everything you could need is available. The breakfast was wonderful and the animals added to the entire experience. Elvis was a bit of a show off, Roodie loved chin rubs, and Humphrey was an absolute mush! Our only regret was we couldn't stay longer. We will definitely be back, hopefully soon!"

"Overall cabin was great. Short drive to town & Mohican State Park/ activities. Hot tub was nice. Record player was a fun touch. Brick path to fire pit was a little slippery when wet so be very careful. "

"This is a beautiful home with lovely views of the lake. We booked the house so we could attend our daughter’s graduation from Kenyon and found it was just what we needed to regroup between events. It is only about 10 minutes from campus and has a fully equipped open concept kitchen so we were able to have some of our meals away from the overbooked restaurants and dining hall meals. From the moment we arrived and I saw a heart-shaped Rock outside the door greeting us, I knew I had picked the right place. "Laura and Darrell are amazing hosts! Their cabin is beautiful. They have included so many special touches and amenities in their cabin that you will NEVER find anywhere else. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and they had a neon birthday sign. A yummy birthday cake, a birthday card, bottle of wine and meat and cheese platter. "Super clean, comfortable. The place is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. There is even a game room in the garage that looks like a lot of fun, but we didn't get a chance to use it. It was really relaxing to sit outside and watch the river. We didn't have any problems while we were there and would definitely recommend it."

"Overall nice place for the weekend. We were there for a wedding and didn’t spend much time there. Close to a golf course but quiet. Beds on main level were hard and the biggest bedroom the bed was very high off the ground so not for short people or older adults.Hard to find in the dark because driveway is not marked."
