"We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this Cape Charles property. The hosts were attentive and welcoming, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed for cooking, and the house itself was so cute and cozy. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants. We’d definitely stay here again!"

"This is the best vacation rental I have ever stayed in. Beautiful, clean, well-appointed, and historic. Mr. Hawkins has taken this historic slice of old Americana and turned it into the most charming little vacation rental property. "This property was beautiful, clean, very large. We were able to sleep 17 people very comfortably. The screened in porch was great for relaxing at night. And the yard was large enough for the kids and dogs to hangout and play. The host were very helpful and even took steps before our arrival to make the house more comfortable. I recommend checking out their guide to things to do locally."
