"The hotel was fully booked when I got there and the staff was not prepared. None of the rooms were ready and many people were looking for the luggage and trying to get into their rooms. The staff never apologized for the unconvinced and instead had an attitude with everyone. Though it is beautiful I would not go back and deal with the staff."

"Granted it was memorial weekend but I was surprised Hyatt had trouble handling the volume of people waiting for breakfast. Breakfast is very nice. The matre D did the best he could. I was disappointed in the dress and polish of the employees working the front desk to greet people. I thought Hyatt had higher standards. Location is great and rooms are clean. I asked for a roller bed clerk said 10-15 mins delivery to my room. After an hour I called front desk.. she said yes I see your request....

"I did not ustake advantage if the bar in premises as I had multiple events wirh family and friends in the area however my brother enjoyed sitting at the bar for whatever was on tap. Having lived in MD for 20 years, I've never had to stay at a hotel in the city but as a visitor, the location is perfect for getting to/from 95, 83 and 695. The floor I stayed on was a renovated floor and I'm looking forward to staying again, hopefully when the entire hotel has had its overall upgrades completed. The...

"Hotel has no parking, there is only valet parking which they charge $45. Air quality is not good. The sofa bed was dirty, had stain on it."
