Called front desk he said he would send someone up to look at it an hour went pass no one came. Walked to the front desk he said yeah I can’t find anyone I’m going to get you a new room moved us to a new room which looked a lot better but nope still problems. Heat still doesn’t work it reads 72 the room is super cold I put it to 80...

"Toast/cold cereal/yogurt/fruit/coffee/juice for breakfast, not worth it for an adult but ok for our small children. Room felt dark, beds aren’t uncomfortable, shower was stuck in the on position so I had to fill up the bath with the shower for the small children. Glad it had a microwave and fridge in room. "
