"The entire family just loved the stay at your lovely home! If we’re ever back in the area, we will definitely want to stay there. I have never been in such a cool house like this one. Unlike anywhere we have ever stayed. Everything was so nice and tidy and lots of amenities. Room for all five of us and two dogs. We really, really loved it!!! Magical was a good word for it."

"I injured my knee the evening before I was to drive up to King Salmon, so was unable to enjoy Shell Cottage, and too late for any refund! I had stayed previously however, and it was lovely; hence my desire to return."

"We loved our stay at this vacation rental! It was comfortable, quirky in the best way, clean, and close to everything we needed. The home was well-stocked with supplies and had everything we could possibly need—such a thoughtful touch that made our stay even easier. We especially loved being near Sequoia Park Zoo and the beautiful redwood-filled park next to it. There was even a farmers market just a block away, plus several great restaurants within walking distance. The host went above and...

"Cottage was exactly as described and perfect for our family of five for three nights. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Two bathrooms and washer/dryer was a huge plus! Kitchen had everything we needed (except coffee- bring your own) and everything was very clean. I enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning and the breeze through open windows at night was delightful. "

"We ran out of coffee filters and dishwasher soap. There was no pepper in pepper shaker or on shelf. It would have been nice to have oil be a staple. Primary bathroom ran out of conditioner. Just a suggestion, but it would have been nice to have a couple of throw blankets so we could snuggled in them and used less heat. "

"Great location! The place was very clean and the whole process was easy. Very accurate description. It's nice and quiet. If we ever get back to the area we would love to stay there again. The communication was also timely. The owners seem to really care about the property."

"Place is very good for a couple to stay for a few days. When you drive up there for the first time it looks like it is in a middle of nowhere but when you get there it looks amazing. City is small and it takes only 15-20 minutes to get anywhere. "
