"What would I say? I love this place. Very clean and very quiet. They have a kitchenette inside you can definitely cook and make your own meal no need to eat out.The Bed is very comfortable. Its been a year since I started coming here and here I am still loving this place. The price is better than anyone else. Owners are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for those who want a cheap but comfortable stay. "

"I NEVER write reviews. But the hospitality and overall property condition were so good, I had to write one. We booked the cottage for a couple's weekend. The property is gorgeous and perfect for what we needed. In addition, the owners provided snacks, wine and instructions to leave the cleaning completely to them. Was one of the best vacation rental experiences I've encountered. In addition, downtown Sebring just received an HGTV makeover and is a great visit."

"Cleanliness, communication, location… could not have been any better. As a former vacation property owner, cleanliness is of upmost importance to me. This property was immaculate. The owner was always available and responsive to inquiries. The location was perfect as all local family and friends are nearby and property was easy to find. We will definitely revisit this beautiful home. "

"At first I was unsure about staying anywhere but a hotel while I’m on business but this experience was so great that I continued my stay another 2 weeks. There is so much less hassle and guess work. The hosts did a great job disseminating information prior to arrival. Other guests were very respectful of the house rules and friendly. A lot of shops and restaurants are within walking distance, especially one of my favorites Chipotle."

"I highly recommend this location. It was clean, quiet, and just what we were looking for while we visited friends for a week in Lakeland. Perfect for 2 people. Will definitely look to stay here again when in Lakeland!!"

"Very nice home, I would definitely stay again. Perfect if you visiting Legoland. We did have minor issues, which were quickly resolved ny the host. My only suggestion would be to have more than two TV'S. We were fine, because the kids were mostly on their electronics.Overall, 10/10 !!"

"This property was ideal for our stay. It was warm, inviting and beautiful inside that has been all updated. The inside did not look like a 100 year old plantation home, but the feel was there. Our group would stay there again if ever we were back in the area!"

"We could not have had a better stay! The home is absolutely beautiful! As lovely as the photos are online, they don’t do it justice! We had so much fun playing pool in the evening! The kitchen is fully equipped and there are so many thoughtful touches throughout the home, such as nightlights and a lovely welcome basket! Everything was done with such lovely intention! It was cozy, comfortable, and had beautiful sunrises! We enjoyed our time on the water too! The owner was very accommodating when...
